PRENS TRADER started as a kitchen counter operation and stayed that way on purpose. We take a limited number of orders each day so every loaf gets a full proof, every cake gets a proper crumb, and nothing is rushed out the oven early.
Whether it's a weekday loaf for your table or a custom cake for a celebration, we bake it the same way — from scratch, with ingredients we'd choose for ourselves.
